How Can severe Neck Pain Along With Nausea Be Treated?
Hi. My name is Louise Joy. I am a 31 year old woman. I have been experiencing the following symptoms for over a month and a half now: -jaw pain -nerves on my mouth sometimes flare up -my teeth hurt sometimes -neck pain -lining of the roof of my mouth aches sometimes - nausea - headache -fever, more like hot flashes - Occasional pain inside my mouth when I swallow. I was told that this is all related to TMJ, but I do not really know. There is nothing outwardly obvious wrong, but I feel a dull ache in my nerves and occasionally in my mouth. I actually have absolutely no idea what is actually wrong. As I have said, this has been going on since 2/8/17. --Louise Joy

How Can severe Neck Pain Along With Nausea Be Treated?
Hi, Consult an ENT specialist and get evaluated. An MRI scan is required to assess the functional status of TMJ. As of now, you can take analgesics like Aceclofenac along with Domperidone for symptomatic relief. Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
